Quick Post: SharePoint 2016 Preview Install Keys

If you’re installing the SharePoint 2016 Preview while following the instructions in the SharePoint Server 2016 Preview Quick Start Guide, note that the key in the guide will NOT work (RTNGH-MQRV6-M3BWQ-DB748-VH7DM).

You should instead use the key shown on the Download Center page, where you downloaded the SharePoint Server 2016 Preview bits (NQTMW-K63MQ-39G6H-B2CH9-FRDWJ) — Ignore the part about it being a 180-day SP2013 key, apparently that’s a cut and paste error on Microsoft’s part.
